Shipping policy
Our processing times is currently 2-5 business days for made to order items, business days do not include holidays or weekends.
All orders once a label is created gets shipped out within 48 business hours
Returned packages - 25% restocking fee, minus shipping and refund will be given for the difference, we will email you to let you know that we received your items back. No invoice will be sent out or approved to resubmit another shipping fee- This is final*
IF A REFUND IS GIVEN/APPROVED - REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED AS A SHOP CREDIT TO APPLY TO YOUR NEXT ORDER UNLESS A SHIPPING CLAIM IS INVOLVED
If you receive an item that is damaged, you must contact us for a resolution within 48 BUSINESS HOURS from the time of delivery - we will confirm by checking your tracking
ALL Claims must be submitted with 48 business hours to owner through email, At latest 72 hours from the time of delivery
The day you order is NOT considered a processing day

TAT may schedule to change at the discretion of the owner, if/when TAT do change, a mass email will be sent to the consumer notifying of them of such change.
Due to the nature of the products, no refunds nor exchanges are allowed; Exceptions may be made but up to the store owner discretion IF refunds or exchanges are allowed ALL products must be returned within 14 days of DELIVERY date. TAT does not include shipping times, please keep this in mind.
We do understand delays do happen so we ask to allow a full 10 business days once your package has SHIPPED before contacting us in regards to any package concerns. In the event your package does get lost, stolen or miss delivered please contact ROUTE if you opted for the packaged protection, they will handle your issue as well as providing any refunds that may need to be made.
REFUNDS- Are returned within 3-5 business days under the discretion of the owner
Refunds are given in the FORM OF STORE CREDIT, unless a mistake was made on our end, we will then refund back to the card method
